RENTALS STEP 6:
RECEIVE THE DOOR ACCESS CODE
THE WEEK BEFORE YOUR EVENT ...
Once we have the signed Rental Agreement and any vendor documents that may be required from you and the rental amount is paid in full, we will send you the door access code with further instructions. You will then be able to come and go on the day of your event as you need. If you have not heard from us by the night before your event, feel free to reach out to us via email to remind us to send you the door access code.
HOW TO USE YOUR DOOR ACCESS CODE:
To activate the door lock:

Hold your hand in front of the keypad (about an inch away or less) until the keypad lights up and stays lit as a unit (vs one key at a time)

Once it lights up, punch in YOUR CODE then touch the CHECK MARK
This should open the door. If it doesn't light up at first, wait a minute - it will.
To lock the door after your event:

Hold your hand in front of the keypad again until it lights up as a unit

Press and HOLD the CHECK MARK until the door locks.

Please try the door knob to make sure it is locked before you leave.
