YOUR INFORMATION: The information gathered on this website is for the purpose of creating community. We will not sell your information or share your information with third parties. By using this website you acknowledge that we have permission to take the information you provide and use it for making reservations for an event, confirming attendance for meetings, confirming residency within the Cane Creek geographical area for the purpose of membership.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION: When you reserve the facility, we collect your credit card information for payment. We will only keep it on file until it has been determined that you have left the facility in accordance to the rental agreement - clean, all items put away and without damage. When it is determined that everything has been left as agreed, you will receive your deposit back.

 

PHOTOS: By attending public gatherings at the Cane Creek Community Center you are giving Cane Creek Community Council, Inc. permission to use any photos taken at the public event for the promotion of other Cane Creek Community sponsored activities, events, classes, workshops, clubs, etc in both printed form and digital form. 

 

COPYRIGHT: The photos used on this website have been used by permission. Any photos of days gone by have been taken from the Cane Creek Community Center scrapbooks.
