Please gather the following documents from your vendor before completing the Rental Agreement. You will be required to upload those documents in order to submit the agreement.

Documents Required from a Bounce House Vendor:

1. Proof of Insurance

2. Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement from your vendor on their letterhead releasing Cane Creek Community Center/Council of any liability should any accident or injury occur specifically related to the bounce house activities.
