COMPLETE & SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
GATHER DOCUMENTATION:
EVERY PERSON WHO WISHES TO RENT THE FACILITY MUST FILL OUT THE RENTAL FORM BELOW.

Please gather the following documents from your vendor before completing the Rental Agreement. You will be required to upload those documents in order to submit the agreement.
Documents Required from a Bounce House Vendor:

Proof of Insurance

Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement from your vendor on their letterhead releasing Cane Creek Community Center/Council of any liability should any accident or injury occur specifically related to the bounce house activities.
