RENTALS STEP 1:
READ THROUGH OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Thank you for your interest in renting our facility. Before you commit to renting the facility, please carefully read through the following policies and procedures to make sure you know what you are renting and what you can expect.

No alcoholic beverages or drugs are permitted on premises.

Smoking inside the building is prohibited. The building is a smoke-free facility.

No animals/pets are allowed on property unless prior written consent from CCCC Board.

Building must be vacated by 10:00 p.m.

Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the building or its contents.

A cleaning/damage deposit is required at the time of reservation.

All appliances, tables, chairs, kitchen items, utensils, cleaning supplies (mops, brooms, dustpan, etc), and step stool belong to the Cane Creek Community Center and are provided as a courtesy for our renters.

Renter is responsible for set up, break down and clean-up of all needed equipment (tables, chairs, etc...).

Tables and chairs are not to be removed from the premises and are to be returned to their proper place in the storage area immediately following the event.

Renter is responsible for CLEANING THE PREMISES AND REMOVING TRASH immediately after use.

Brooms, mops, cleaning supplies and restroom supplies, including disposable gloves, are located in the storage room off The Gathering Room OR under cabinets in the kitchen/restrooms.

Renter agrees to complete the cleaning in accordance with the cleaning checklist agreement and to sign the checklist before leaving the premises. Failure to do so, will result in forfeit of rental deposit.

Renter agrees to use only the cork strip at the top of the wall to hang any decorations.

Renter will not use nails, staples, tacks, commands strips or tape on walls.

A step stool is provided by the community center and should be used at your own risk. Please do not remove it from the building.

Renter must supply his/her own cups, plates napkins, utensils, cooking and serving pans, food and beverages.

Renter is responsible for removing all food, beverages and ice from the premises at the completion of the event.

Excessive noise that disturbs neighbors is prohibited. If there is a noise complaint, you will be given (1) warning. If we receive a second call, renter will be required to vacate the premises and will forfeit the deposit.

Renter is responsible for obtaining the door code from our representative through our email correspondence.

Renter is responsible for removal of all trash from the premises.

Renter is responsible for returning the thermostat to the designated temperature and locking the door before leaving.

Renter is responsible for notifiying our representative of their departure as soon as they have locked the building through our email correspondance.

Renter is responsible for immediately reporting any damages of the property to our representative.
Any violation of these rules may and can prohibit the applicant from obtaining the community building for further use or obtaining a refund of the deposit. The deposit will be returned within two (2) weeks if the building is clean, there are no damages, all trash is removed and renter has abided by the rental policies.
