RENTALS STEP 3:
RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AND PAY THE DEPOSIT

WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION!!!

DO NOT PAY THE DEPOSIT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION THAT THE DATE YOU DESIRE IS AVAILABLE.

 

Once the desired date is confirmed, you will need to pay the deposit to reserve the date. The date is not reserved until we have received your deposit. The rental fee may be paid at the same time as the deposit, but must be paid no later than one week prior to the rental date. If this is a last minute reservation, then both the deposit and the rental fee would be due immediately.

Write a check out to Cane Creek Community Center, P.O Box 1523, Fletcher, NC 28732

If you pay by check the easiest way is to pay using (2) checks:

1) for the deposit

2) for the rental fee

Why? When you pay by separate checks, we will hold the deposit money until after your event is over. After we inspect the building, if we find that everything has been cleaned and put in order as defined by the Rental Agreement, we will simply VOID your deposit check and send you a photo of the voided check.

 

If we find that a refund is not in order, we will then keep the deposit.​

TO PAY BY CASH we will need to arrange a time to meet you to receive it.
